What is Dry Salt Therapy?

Halotherapy (halo meaning "salt" in Greek), is a non-invasive therapy method in which a halogenerator grinds pure-grade salt into micro particles and disperses it into a salt room for inhalation.

As you breathe in the air, the salt acts like a sponge and attracts foreign substances as it travels through your respiratory tract. Salt is also anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial, which is beneficial for both the respiratory system as well as the skin.
